Welcome aboard for our Oslo Fjord Adventure: All-Day Excursion!

Looking for a full day out on the water? Join us for this daytrip jam packed with everything from sightseeing, bathing, island landings, cafe stops, restaurant stops, wildlife spotting, nature hike, historic walk, seaside village visit, and more. This day can truly be what you want it to be.

As usual, as we put Oslo behind us you will get to see the beautiful sea front from the best seats in the house while passing some of the main sights, including Oslo City Hall, the Akershus Fortress, Bjørvika with the fabulous Oslo Opera house and Edward Munch Museum.

Continuing past Sørenga, we will proceed to take in the views of the picturesque islands of the inner Harbour area, including Hovedøya, Gressholmen, and Lindøya, as we set our course for the Sandvika archipelago.

As we cruise through the myriad of islands you may opt for an island landing or a dip in the ocean, or we can save that for later and continue our journey through the islands and find a secluded spot to drop anchor, relax, and simply enjoy the day. 

Alternatively, we may decide to set course due south where you may want to visit Håøya and the infamous Oscarsborg Fortress, the town of Drøbak with the Drøbak Aqaurium, or one of the many other seaside villages in the area. There will be plenty of opportunities for island landings, bathing, and restaurant visits during the day. Please note that this option is dependant on fair weather, and may involve some bumpy sections on a windy day.

You may also want to spend more of the day relaxing in a protected hidden bay, where bathing, paddleboarding, sunbathing, picnic, and simply enjoying a summer day on the boat, are only some of your options.

Whatever we decide, at some point we will have to turn the bow north towards Oslo. We'll need to speed up a little to get back to Oslo, so some more bumps must be expected during the approx 1 hour return ride.
