Outer Oslo Fjord Fishing Daytrip
Outer Oslo Fjord Fishing Daytrip
Starting off with a gentle cruise putting Oslo City harbour behind us, enjoying the fresh sea air and maybe a cup of fresh coffee as we adjust our heading for some of Salty Beard's secret fishing spots towards the outer parts of the Oslo Fjord.
This trip has a minimum duration of 6 hours, as it requires a 1,5 hours boat ride from Oslo city.
We will never claim to be expert anglers, but we do have a few tricks up our sleeve, and we always have a great time out on the water. All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
Although no guarantees are possible, we often have amazing wildlife encounters with eagles, whale, seal, dolphin and more.
Let us know if you are looking for an expert fishing guide to come along - we can arrange that too.
We normally advise our guests to bring along some snack or food for a picnic onboard, but if you would like us to organise that just let us know in the comments during checkout and we will make arrangements.
This outing can easily be combined with sightseeing, custom pick-ups or drop-offs, or other special wishes you may have.
Please note we will always operate well within the legal requirements. Rules and regulations may change, and may prohibit us from fishing certain species, and may limit options as to where and when we can fish. From the 01.01.2026 all fishing will be prohibited in the inner Oslo Fjord, which means our fishing trips will start off with a 1,5 hours boat ride and sea safari before fishing can start south of the island Jeløya. This also means we must plan for a 1,5 hour return to Oslo.
